Hi, I recently looked into options to sell my lake properties. I found that different real estate or for sale by owner sites handle lake property sales in different ways; and I found it was often confusing switching from site to site “figuring out” where the lake properties were listed; logging in, passwords and then how and where to search for them. I thought: “Why can’t there be a website for folks that would like to sell by owner and for agents to post their listings that is for JUST LAKE properties”
Well, since I could not find a site that answered my question, I joined with my Andy and Shannon, and we created this website!!
We are just starting out, AND will grow and learn as we increase the postings on this site. I am so pleased to have this simple site to assist in your plans for buying or selling a lake property

So I am very pleased to join my wife and my daughter in the launch of this exciting new Website. I have lived at a lake for over 30 years, and have noticed a problem for people to decide how to sell their lake properties; to get excellent exposure and to get the property sold. Some sites provide for sale by owner posting services for free; I find that it’s a effort to find these listings for potential buyers, and some people would like to be represented by a Licensed Real Estate Agent; but it still an effort to search the various sites and to find lake properties.
Justlakes helps both for sale by owner, and real estate agents to post lake homes, lake lots and lake business’s simply and efficiently. We are just starting out but it will be our job to attract buyers to our site; we are on it- watch us grow!!
Our goal is to cover Canada, making buying and selling Lake properties easier. We will strive to eliminate the frustrations and provide our clients with a better buy/sell experience.
