Hi, I recently looked into options to sell my lake properties. I found that different real estate or for sale by owner sites handle lake property sales in different ways; and I found it was often confusing switching from site to site “figuring out” where the lake properties were listed; logging in, passwords and then how and where to search for them. I thought: “Why can’t there be a website for folks that would like to sell by owner and for agents to post their listings that is for JUST LAKE properties”
Well, since I could not find a site that answered my question, I joined with my Andy and Shannon, and we created this website!!
We are just starting out, AND will grow and learn as we increase the postings on this site. I am so pleased to have this simple site to assist in your plans for buying or selling a lake property
