• A professional yard sign which we will ship to you; if you are in Manitoba, Alberta or some remote Saskatchewan locations we will charge a Flat $40. shipping fee
• NO LOGINS - NO USERNAMES - NO PASSWORDS. We will key in the narrative and photos to the site.
• Your posting will be developed with your guidance and approval
• The posting Fee is for 1 year and allows for up to 3 changes to the posting at no additianal charge. For example: Change your price, amend your narrative, change your pictures, take a seasonal break.

Our contract is simple and easy to review. Remember we are not Real Estate Brokers, your flat $349 is the only fee you will pay for your posting.
