 An Area like no other

 ​Welcome to Canora Beach on Good Spirit Lake in east-central Saskatchewan. Located along the north-east shore of the lake, Canora Beach is one of Good Spirit Lake's premiere destinations. Renowned for its shallow sandy beaches, it was acclaimed by Maclean's magazine as one of Canada's top 10 beaches. Now encompassing 170 lots and 140 cabins and homes, Canora Beach has evolved quietly into a popular resort featuring a variety of some of the best properties at Good Spirit Lake. Lakefront, Off-lake and RV lots are available or can be developed. Acreages may also be developed. Whether you are looking for a summer retreat or a permanent home, it's difficult to find an area that will match Canora Beach. RVers are invited to stay in our full-service campground.  We are located close to Good Spirit Provincial Park at the south end of the lake, and Good Spirit Golf Club, a challenging 18 hole course. The town of Canora is only a short drive away, providing shopping, dining, recreational facilities including a golf course, hospital and many other services you may require.  The city of Yorkton, with a full array of shopping and amenities, is only 40 minutes to the south.

 Residential and Cabin Lots

Canora Beach has among the finest and widest selection of properties at Good Spirit Lake. Lakefront, Off-lake and RV lots are currently available or can be developed. All properties are in a beautiful, peaceful parkland setting with tall mature white poplar trees, and heavy underbrush allowing for maximum privacy.

 Properties are serviced with power and telephone to the property line. Acreages may also be developed.

 RV Lots

Large lots in Phase 2 of our new development off Government Road are now for sale. These lots are zoned for RVs, mobile homes, or permanent homes and cottages, allowing owners the flexibility to develop their lots as they wish. ​You may park your RV permanently on these lots, or develop cabins/homes on them -- it's your choice. These large titled lots are up to 1/4 acre in size, are fully treed and bushed, 200 amp power is provided and included, and the phone line is available on the street. They are the highest elevated lots in the area but just 2 blocks from the lake shore, ideal for RVs and park models.

 Amenities at Canora Beach and Nearby

Good Spirit Lake itself is the major feature of Canora Beach and surrounding area. The 40 square kilometre lake has clean water, beautiful white sand beaches and sand dunes, and a very gently sloping bottom providing an ideal environment for children. Canora Beach has a store and gas bar where groceries and fast food are available, as well as bait and fishing supplies.

In addition the Canora Beach campground offers a quiet setting for mailies and mature RV enthusiasts.  The 129 sites are available daily, weekly or seasonal rental.

There is a playground, volleyball court, as well as a boat launch at nearby North Shore Resort. And in winter, this four-season destination is very popular for snowmobiling on and along the lake, and on the nearby Route 66 groomed trail.

Other nearby services include the facilities of Good Spirit Lake Provincial Park, and Good Spirit Lake Golf and Country Club, featuring 18 holes of great golf. The town of Canora is only minutes away. It has a nine-hole golf course, shopping, dining, hospital, recreational facilities and most other services needed to make your vacation an enjoyable one.
